I was invited to paint the salon and bathroom areas of Pale Fire in 2024. The painted embellishments in the salon area quietly add to the layers of the hand made environment that gallerist Amy Kazymerchyk has beautifully curated, while the vermillion landscape in the bathroom is a vibrant exploration of brushstrokes and movement. After completing the paintings I screenprinted the shower curtain and window covering with monotypes of dancing nudes and animals.
